We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.
A) Unopened Product Condition
Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery, products may be returned or exchanged provided that:
- The product box or packaging is unopened, undamaged, and untampered
- No breakage, tearing, deformation, or any form of damage is present
- The product is returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice, order number, and a written note explaining the reason for return/exchange
B) Opened Product Condition
If the product packaging has been opened:
- The item must still be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition
- The product must not be consumable or have lost its resale value
- All original packaging, accessories, invoice, order number, and a return/exchange note must be included in full
Products that are incomplete, damaged, or not in resellable condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
C) Incorrect Order / Customer Responsibility
Before placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed all product details, pricing, payment method, and delivery information.
For products that are correctly delivered, free from defects, or purchased incorrectly due to customer selection, the return or exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
D) Personalized Products
Custom-made and personalized products, including but not limited to ring size adjustments, engraved items, or any product manufactured specifically according to customer request, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes situations where the product has been produced based on:
- Custom ring sizes
- Personal engraving or design requests
- Any modification requested by the customer prior to production
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or production error caused by us.
E) Packaging Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned or exchanged items are properly packaged.
- Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during shipping
- Products with missing parts, damaged boxes, or incomplete accessories may be rejected from the return/exchange process and sent back to the customer
F) Promotional Items
Any complimentary or promotional gift items included with a purchase must also be returned when processing a return or exchange. Otherwise, the return/exchange request may be declined.
G) Personal Use & Hygiene Products
Products that come into direct contact with the body are subject to hygiene regulations.
If the packaging has been opened, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
H) Refund Process
Once returned items are received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout
If the order is older than 1 year, IBAN details may be requested for refund processing.
If an order status is updated to “Cancelled”, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
For installment payments, refund amounts may be reflected as monthly credit balances depending on your bank’s processing time.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
I) Exchange Process
Once the returned item is received and approved:
- If the product is in stock, a replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days to the original delivery address
- If the product is unavailable:
- A full refund will be issued, OR
- The product may be exchanged for an equivalent or higher-value item upon payment of the price difference
